Clips, avatars, and edits
AI video tools
Use this page when the output is a clip, a talking-head video, or an edit with generative effects. A good fit is the kind of video, the price shape, and whether the product is offered in mainland China.
Runway is the short-clip studio with mainland China access not confirmed. HeyGen is the talking-head and dubbing listing, also not confirmed. 可灵, 海螺 AI, 即梦, and 剪映 are marked offered in mainland China.
Every card has a free tier in the index. Clip length and watermarks are not fields we store.
How to choose
- Split generation from editing. Runway, 可灵, 海螺, and 即梦 are generators in their listings. CapCut / 剪映 is an editor with generative effects. HeyGen is talking-head, avatars, and translated dubs.
- Read the China mark with the job. Four of these six are marked offered in mainland China. Runway and HeyGen are not confirmed.
- Use 即梦 or 可灵 when you also need still images from the same product. Their listings cover both.
- Use HeyGen when the subject is a person speaking to camera or a translated voice. Use Runway when the listing you want is short-clip generation and editing.
- Plan on a paid plan if the free credits run out. The index shows freemium and leaves the credit table on the vendor’s site.

Limits
NavBoth is a directory of public products already in the index. These pages help you choose a listing. The product itself runs on the vendor’s site. Mainland China marks come from public offers reviewed with the seed; they are not a live connection test. No listing on these pages has a paid badge. Names belong to their owners.
Length caps, watermarks, voice-consent rules, and export formats are on the vendor’s site. This page records the job each listing already describes.
