Answers from your help content, or a bot you build

AI customer support

Use this page when the job is answering customers from material you already have, or building that bot yourself. A good fit names support, tickets, a knowledge base, or a workflow that can call your other tools.

Intercom Fin answers from help content. Zendesk AI is ticket assist and bots, sold with Zendesk plans. Both are paid in the index, and mainland China access is not confirmed. 扣子, FastGPT, MaxKB, and 企业微信 are marked offered in mainland China. Dify and n8n are the self-hostable workflow listings.

A knowledge-base app is not a staffed helpdesk. NavBoth does not claim any of these deflect a percentage of tickets.

How to choose

  • Choose Intercom Fin or Zendesk AI when the bot should live in a helpdesk you already pay for. Both are paid listings. Neither China mark is confirmed.
  • Choose 扣子 when you will build the agent in ByteDance’s studio and you want the mainland China product. Choose 企业微信 when the customers are already in WeCom.
  • Choose Dify or n8n when support is a workflow you assemble, and you may self-host. Choose FastGPT or MaxKB when the job is a knowledge-base Q&A app marked offered in mainland China.
  • Keep the last reply for a person when the question is a refund, an account, or anything the help article does not actually say.

Shortlist

Eight listings. Two are paid helpdesk products. Four are marked offered in mainland China. Two are self-hostable workflows.

Head to head

Questions

  • Which listings are a helpdesk, and which are a kit?

Intercom Fin and Zendesk AI are the helpdesk listings: answers from help content, or ticket assist and bots. 扣子, Dify, n8n, FastGPT, and MaxKB are studios, workflows, or knowledge-base apps you assemble. 企业微信 is a workplace assistant for customer and internal scenarios.

  • What is offered in mainland China?

扣子, FastGPT, MaxKB, and 企业微信 are marked offered. Intercom Fin, Zendesk AI, Dify, and n8n are not confirmed. Self-hosting Dify or n8n does not confirm that the vendor’s hosted site is offered.

  • Which ones are paid only?

Intercom Fin and Zendesk AI are paid in the index. 扣子 and 企业微信 are freemium. Dify, n8n, FastGPT, and MaxKB are source-available. A source-available edition can still need a model you pay for separately. The index does not store that bill.

  • Does FastGPT include a ticket queue?

The listing calls it a knowledge-base RAG platform, not a ticket queue. MaxKB is a knowledge-base Q&A system. If the job is tickets inside a helpdesk, start with Zendesk AI. If the job is answers from documents, start with the knowledge-base listings.

  • Will this page say how many tickets a bot closes?

No. The index has no deflection rate, no accuracy score, and no claim that a bot should answer billing questions alone. Those figures are not fields in the seed.

Limits

NavBoth is a directory of public products already in the index. These pages help you choose a listing. The product itself runs on the vendor’s site. Mainland China marks come from public offers reviewed with the seed; they are not a live connection test. No listing on these pages has a paid badge. Names belong to their owners.

Handoff rules, data-processing terms, and which help-center articles a bot may quote stay on the vendor’s site. This page only lines up listings that already describe support, tickets, a knowledge base, or a workflow.
