Tables, SQL, and data pulled from sources

AI for sheets and data

Use this page when the job is a sheet, a table, a SQL question, or data pulled out of papers. A good fit is a listing that names that object. A general chat assistant does not become a spreadsheet tool because you paste a CSV into it.

WPS AI is the listing that says sheets, and it is marked offered in mainland China. Airtable AI and Coda AI are the table listings. Supabase AI is SQL inside a Postgres dashboard. ClickUp Brain answers across workspace data. Elicit extracts data from papers. Microsoft Copilot is the Microsoft 365 assistant and does not name a spreadsheet.

There is no CSV-upload studio and no BI dashboard in the index. NavBoth does not run your file.

How to choose

  • Choose WPS AI when the file is a sheet in WPS and you want a product marked offered in mainland China. The same listing also covers writing and slides.
  • Choose Airtable AI when the data is already an Airtable base. It is paid in the index. Choose Coda AI when the table lives in a Coda doc and a free tier matters.
  • Choose Supabase AI when the question is SQL for a Postgres app. Choose ClickUp Brain when the data is the workspace, not a spreadsheet. Choose Elicit when the source is academic literature.
  • Choose Microsoft Copilot only when the work already sits in Windows or Microsoft 365. Do not read the listing as an Excel product. The index does not say that.

Shortlist

Seven listings. One names sheets. Two are tables. One is SQL. The Microsoft 365 assistant is here with that limit written on the card.

Questions

  • Is there an Excel or CSV copilot in the index?

No listing is named as Excel, a CSV upload, or a BI dashboard. WPS AI is the sheet listing. Airtable AI and Coda AI work from table data. Microsoft Copilot is the assistant inside Windows and Microsoft 365, and its summary stops there.

  • Which data tool is offered in mainland China?

WPS AI is marked offered. Airtable AI, Coda AI, Supabase AI, ClickUp Brain, Elicit, and Microsoft Copilot are not confirmed. Unknown means the public offer was not clear, and the index does not fill it in.

  • Which one is paid only?

Airtable AI is paid in the index. WPS AI, Coda AI, Supabase AI, ClickUp Brain, Elicit, and Microsoft Copilot are freemium. The index does not copy the credit or seat price for any of them.

  • Does Supabase AI analyze a spreadsheet?

The listing says SQL and policy helpers inside the Supabase dashboard for Postgres apps. It does not say it opens a spreadsheet. Use it when the data is already in that database.

  • Where do research papers fit?

Elicit’s listing finds papers and extracts data from the literature. That is a different job from a sheet in WPS. Consensus and Scite are other research listings in the search category, and they are not repeated here.

Limits

NavBoth is a directory of public products already in the index. These pages help you choose a listing. The product itself runs on the vendor’s site. Mainland China marks come from public offers reviewed with the seed; they are not a live connection test. No listing on these pages has a paid badge. Names belong to their owners.

Formulas, row limits, and whether a vendor trains on your file stay on the vendor’s site. This page only points at listings whose summary names sheets, tables, SQL, workspace data, or data from papers.
